Had a great stay here for work. Everything I encountered in the restaurant was great. The girl who checked me in was very nice, and anyone who I spoke to while there was friendly and professional. Wish there wasn't a charge for parking.
This hotel is very safe, clean and efficient! The shuttle was fast and reliable. Staff were all kind. As a solo traveler needing a park and stay, this hotel is perfect.
Great location close to Sea-Tac. Rooms were very nice and clean. Super comfortable beds that make you want to sleep all day. The breakfast was also very delicious with many different options of food. We had an amazing experience here after a nightmare at another motel the night before. We missed our flight and showed up exhausted, asking if there was any way we could check in early. Jenny was absolutely fantastic - she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The hotel had us checked in right away and even sent the shuttle to pick us up around 8:30am. It lifted such a heavy weight off our shoulders and completely turned our day around. The stay itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I can’t thank Jenny and the staff enough for their kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend!
Recently, I booked a room at the Courtyard by Marriott SeaTac on Maple Valley Highway, and I want to take a moment to share my experience. From the very beginning, I was thoroughly impressed. Management reached out to me before I even arrived to ask what they could do to make my stay enjoyable. In all the times I’ve stayed at hotels, I have never had a front desk manager personally contact me in advance with that level of care. I was both shocked and impressed. When I arrived, everything I had requested in advance was already prepared in my room. The service from the front desk clerk was excellent, and the attention to detail was evident throughout my entire stay. The hotel décor was modern and welcoming, and the on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations as well. I especially want to recognize Charley’s, who made the experience even more memorable. If you’re ever in the SeaTac or Seattle area and need a great place to stay, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott SeaTac. Their team goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and to ensure every guest feels comfortable and valued.
Edited - initially I had a not so great experience with one staff member, but the hotel reached out and apologized for the incident. The hotel room was very nice, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Besides the one interaction, the staff members were very nice and helpful.

This was everything I expected in a Courtyard Marriott: clean, an on-site bar and bistro with reasonably-priced food and drink, a comfortable bed, and a well-executed handicap accessible room and bathroom. And good people staffing the hotel. What I DIDN'T expect was to board the first Marriott shuttle at the airport and discover at check-in that we were at the wrong hotel. There are multiple Marriotts in the Seattle area, and we were booked at the COURTYARD Marriott near Sea-Tac. Oops. One of the shuttle drivers at the Sea-Tac Marriott advised us to call the Courtyard Marriott and ask if they could come pick us up, which they did. A delightful man named Abraham cheerfully loaded my travel scooter up into the luggage compartment. Four more ladies boarded the shuttle with us; they were also at the wrong hotel. Turns out, a LOT of people make that mistake, which I was told by both the front desk at the "wrong hotel" and the shuttle drivers. I suggest that the hotel re-record the shuttle information and include the advisement to make sure to wait for the Courtyard Marriott shuttle because of the number of various Marriotts in the Seattle area.
